Temple College with an enrollment of about 4,000 students is located in Temple. Texas A&M College of Medicine is located in Temple as part of the Olin E. Teague Veterans Center adjacent to Temple College and in partnership with Scott & White Health Systems. Mary Hardin Baylor is located seven miles west with approximately 2,600 students. Baylor University is located 32 miles to the north with an approximate enrollment of 13,500 students.
